**它可以提亮膚色。**淡化老年斑、防止曬傷和荷爾蒙失調引起的色素沉澱，含有色素的細胞被清除，健康的皮膚細胞在皮膚表面形成，從而使膚色更加白皙。 - **它能疏通毛孔。**過多的皮膚油脂會積聚污垢。如果被細菌入侵，可能會導致皮膚發炎和形成粉刺。去除死皮和殘留的污垢 ，可以疏通毛孔，並使皮膚釋放天然油脂，保持皮膚光澤。 - **它可以收細毛孔並淡化疤痕。**通過去除毛孔中的死皮細胞和碎屑，去除延伸出毛孔的污垢，使擴大的毛孔逐漸恢復到自然大小。同時，在皮膚外層的淺層疤痕亦能被清除，變得不那麼明顯。 - **改善細紋和皺紋。**新的皮膚層可以更好地反射光線，新細胞具有更多的水分，使皮膚顯得更加柔軟和飽滿。 - **增強保濕霜、抗氧化劑、膠原蛋白精華和痤瘡藥物的吸收。**通過去除死皮細胞和受損細胞的頂層，護膚品可以更好地滲透到皮膚深處。     ## **甚麼時候需要去角質？** 卸妝及洗面後，在塗抹護膚產品前（例如：爽膚水和保濕霜），應先進行去角質。如果可以的話，晚上去角質比早上好。     ## **您應該選擇哪種去角質方法？** 易長粉刺和極易敏感的皮膚對化學去角質的反應較好，因為不太可能引起刺激。不同的皮膚類型對去角質的反應不同。您可以先在一小塊皮膚上進行測試，以檢查皮膚是否能承受化學煥膚療程。 物理和化學去角質均可達到類似效果，您可以根據個人喜好（易用度和皮膚反應）來作出選擇。 兩種方法都可以配合使用，但是在兩次去角質過程中應預留足夠的時間讓皮膚恢復，以免皮膚因過度去角質而受傷或變薄。     ## **甚麼是化學去角質劑？** 1. 如果您喜歡使用化學去角質劑，最常見的類型是AHA和BHA。AHA和BHA都通過與皮膚最外層（角質層）中的結構脂質結合併溶解，使死皮細胞分解。 - AHA－最常見的輕型化學去角質類型。AHA酸源自自然的來源，例如：水果、牛奶或糖。在護膚產品中使用最廣泛的兩種是乙二醇酸（通常從甘蔗中獲得）和乳酸（從牛奶中獲得）。AHA的面部去角質產品是油性皮膚人士的絕佳選擇。酸通過溶解將皮膚細胞結合在一起的連結而起作用，從而使死皮細胞脫落的速度加快。   - BHA－BHA也是一種輕型化學去角質方式。對於容易長粉刺的皮膚，BHA是更有效的治療方法。 BHA（也稱為水楊酸）能夠滲透油以清潔毛孔內部，清除堵塞物並有助於使毛孔內部正常化，從而保持毛孔健康。   -
