[Default HubSpot Blog](https://blog.theahomebeauty.com) # 曬後肌膚的常見問題 by THEA Home Beauty | 3月 6, 2023 ![曬後肌膚的常見問題](https://blog.theahomebeauty.com/hubfs/Common_skin_problems_after_exposure_to_sun.png) 皮膚於陽光下過度暴曬或長時間受紫外線照射，會導致肌膚長期受損因而誘發皺紋、色斑的形成甚至大大增加患上皮膚癌的機會。適度的日曬有助於人體產生維生素D，但是過度暴曬則會嚴重損害您的健康，後果可能會潛伏在您身上五到十年的時間不等。 ## **如何預防日曬傷害？** 早上護膚程序後緊記塗抹至少SPF30 的[防曬霜](https://theahomebeauty.com/products/skin-need-uv-perfect-spf40)，份量不能少於1/4茶匙並確保防曬霜在皮膚停留至少20分鐘後才進行日曬。 此外，為了更全面地預防日曬，應購買含SPF成份的潤唇膏並戴上100％ UV400 的太陽眼鏡，為眼周等敏感區域提供UVA和UVB保護。     ## **暴曬後皮膚會變怎樣？** 肌膚於陽光下暴露 4-5小時後，一般會出現一級至二級疼痛性曬傷，級別可通過發紅，痛楚，腫脹和水泡來識別。隨此之外，紫外線穿透皮膚的頂層並破壞底層的細胞觸發黑色素的產生所以膚色亦會因而變深。 黃褐斑可能會以棕褐色或棕色斑點出現在臉上，並在日光照射的情況下而惡化，更有機會出現鱗片狀斑塊（光化性角化病），皮膚會變紅棕色或有色斑塊，觸感明顯變得粗糙。永久性損壞的小血管可能會導致膚色不均，從而使皮膚泛紅。皺紋和提早衰老也是暴曬後所引致的，太陽的紫外線會永久性破壞皮膚底層的膠原蛋白和彈性組織，從而導致皮膚無法再生受損細胞而下垂 。 皮膚癌是長期暴露在陽光下的最壞後果，萁中三種常見的類型分別是基底細胞癌（BCC），通常看起來是粉紅色，凸起和發亮，並在同一部位複發的疤。鱗狀細胞癌（SCC），此有大小和嚴重程度之分，可能需要進行手術切除；惡性黑色素瘤， 是一種從黑色素細胞發展而來的嚴重癌症  。當您年齡越大並且皮膚自然變白，患皮膚癌的風險就越大，因此，請定期進行皮膚檢查。     ## **在家曬後肌膚護理** 避免皮膚曬傷需要作出快速的行動，應用冷敷物冷卻曬傷的部位。用新鮮的蘆薈植物舒緩灼傷，或者使用藥房提供的100％蘆薈凝膠。 對於更嚴重的曬傷，則需要服用抗炎藥並使用溫和的皮質類固醇（例如：氫化可的松乳膏）以緩解不適。 為了減少對皮膚造成的長期傷害，例如皺紋和黑斑等，您可以在日常護膚品中使用一些有效成分： -
